About

About ForeverUniverse

ForeverUniverse started with a simple, slightly obsessive question: what if I ran my own life with the same rigor a company runs its numbers — and gave every system I built a place in one universe?

It started with optimizing my own life.

The story

By day, I’m a financial analyst working in treasury and financial advisory in the Netherlands. My job is to make sense of numbers, spot what’s drifting off course, and build systems that keep it all on track.

At some point I turned that lens on myself. My work had KPIs and dashboards — my life didn’t. My fitness, my finances, my inbox, my goals: all of it lived in scattered apps and good intentions.

So I started building. Trackers first, then workflows, then AI to connect the pieces. What began as personal tinkering turned into something bigger: a universe of systems, each one making everyday work and life measurably better. VitalForever watches my health. RichForever watches my money. FluentForever trains my Spanish. More worlds are on the way. ForeverUniverse is where I document those builds and share the ones that work — as articles, and as templates you can download and use to start a universe of your own.

How I work

Learn by building. Share what works.

Three principles run through everything on this site:

Build, don’t theorize.

Every idea here has been tested on my own work, money or life first.

Systems over willpower.

Good dashboards and workflows beat motivation every time.

Honest by default.

No fake case studies, no invented results. If something failed, the write-up says so.
